Hello and welcome.
My name is Sandy Loyall. I'm a qualified counsellor (with a Graduate Diploma in Counselling) and my passion is pointing people towards the source of their mental wellbeing.
For the past six years I've been working with couples and individuals from my home office in Bangalow.
Additionally, I've had 16 years experience as a volunteer on the phones at Lifeline.
Does it seem like life, people and events are happening "to" you?
Are your uncomfortable thoughts and feelings dominating your day-to-day experience?
Yes, it's completely normal for you to encounter all of the emotions (or lack of them) that you are experiencing.
To one degree or another, absolutely everyone experiences deep sadness, disappointment, anger, frustration, numbness, disconnection, hopelessness or despair.
But then, be sure that you understand this next sentence too.
It's also completely normal to experience happiness, hope, joy, love, serenity, gratitude and inspiration. These emotions are an integral part of the human condition.
Together, we can recalibrate your “inner GPS”.
Through a modern process of deep listening, support and connection, you'll learn that you actually have the power within you to bring balance and harmony into your life.
